It’s not that I’m in my fifties and have decided to get into flashback about my college life. It’s just that I’m now striding into senior college and I’d like to share my experience of junior college with you. There have been few things that I lacked as a junior, but now I’ve grown and have learnt a lot from those mistakes.
To proceed, it all begins with the teenage years coming to an end; then we all dive into the ocean of new beginnings and possibilities. This to majority is a golden period that better prepares you for the challenges you’ll face in life and builds a strong foundation of knowledge.
When I joined junior college, everything seemed new and exciting to me. However, my experience at junior college has taught me one fundamental thing, i.e. life is unpredictable. One moment may seem the best to you, while the very next may seem worst. In future too, you never know when you may get a good job, and when you may lose it. College is a place that prepares you for all such circumstances. It’s an ideal
blend of joy and hardships. You come across various people, interact with them, learn new cultures and grow as a responsible person.
Initially, I found it easy to make friends. However, with time it got difficult to judge who are true friends and who are not. That was when Ann made my life easy. She was a student from senior college, and we often bumped into each other during lunch break. From then, we turned out to be good friends. She taught me an important lesson, she told me not to trust people easily and to keep my personal life
PRIVATE. She told me secrets are not valued by many, only true friends will keep secrets. That’s when I realised I need to choose the right group of people.
My smartphone had various apps installed. But, none had any specific privacy options. That’s where Ann acquainted me to the app LYK. On LYK, I could create a group wherein I could add multiple people and chat; but I have an option of making my messages invisible to people who I’d wish to exclude from that chat
So, my dear friends this is the trick and the app that I’m gonna continue using in my senior college. I’d like to tell each of you to install it and share your feedback below. I loved it, and I bet you will love it too.
